Cape Henry

This accommodation at our Virginia Coast inn is named after our “Cape Henry Lighthouse” at the North end of Virginia Beach (one of the oldest surviving lighthouses in the US). The Cape Henry Room is located on the first floor of Barclay Cottage Bed and Breakfast with easy access to the wrap-around porch. This room is intimate and cozy with the perfect nautical feel, from the crisp blue color of the walls and the lighthouse bedspread to the boat cleat hooks and the white ceiling fan over the bed. The white wooden, queen-size bed is adorned with high-end crisp linens and is dressed with triple sheeting.

A precious blue and white striped chair adds to the personality of the room and is perfect for reading. Three large windows will let in as much natural lighting as you wish, or you can dim the room with the red and white striped roman shades. Unpacking and organizing is made easy with a dresser and a closet with wooden hangers and luggage racks. The private bath has an air-jetted tub, soft  white towels, robes and William Roam bath products. Both the room and bathroom have original hardwood floors, which we love, and you will too.
